Bellwyn Praxis / legal
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bellwyn Praxis website and inquiries about our remote AI consulting services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. A website inquiry is a request for information; it does not itself create a consulting engagement, reserve a project start date, or require either party to proceed.
We provide online consulting to small businesses and professionals concerning AI tool evaluation, digital workflows, practical automation planning, and implementation guidance. The services described on the website are general descriptions. A specific engagement begins only when the parties agree in writing to the applicable scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and other project terms.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction to order a service. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to provide information and discuss a potential engagement on that person's behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for obtaining any necessary internal approvals before sharing business materials or granting access to systems.
3. Service descriptions and pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars. They describe the listed consulting service as generally presented and may change prospectively. The written proposal or service agreement accepted for a particular engagement controls its final price, scope, payment milestones, and any applicable taxes. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement. Unless expressly included in writing, prices do not include third-party software subscriptions, usage fees, platform charges, hardware, or other outside expenses.
We may decline a request that falls outside our capabilities, conflicts with applicable law or a third party's terms, requires unauthorized access, or cannot be responsibly delivered under the requested conditions. We do not guarantee availability of any specific consultant or third-party tool.
4. Remote delivery and client cooperation
Consultations, reviews, documents, meetings, and project support are delivered remotely. The client will identify a contact person, provide timely and accurate background information, review drafts and recommendations, and make appropriate personnel available as needed. Delays in receiving required information or feedback may affect the timeline. Any requested account access should be limited to what is needed for the agreed work and arranged through appropriate secure methods; do not send passwords in an open website form.
5. AI tools and professional judgment
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable results. Recommendations and configured workflows require testing and human review before they are used for important decisions or customer-facing output. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business, approval of final materials, and compliance with the laws, contractual duties, and platform terms that apply to your use of a tool. Our services do not constitute legal, accounting, medical, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Results depend on your data, existing systems, team adoption, tool availability, and changing third-party products. We do not promise a particular revenue increase, time saving, return on investment, error rate, or uninterrupted operation. Examples and client statements, where shown, describe individual experiences and do not guarantee the same outcome for another client.
6. Third-party products and accounts
Some recommendations may involve products operated by other companies. Those companies control their own features, pricing, security practices, availability, and terms. Your use of them is subject to their own agreements and privacy notices. Before uploading confidential or personal information to an AI service, evaluate its settings, data processing terms, and suitability for the information involved. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts or changes to its services.
7. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payment terms are specified in the accepted proposal or invoice. If a project is canceled before work begins, any advance payment for work not started will be returned, less any specifically agreed nonrefundable outside costs already incurred. If work has begun, the client is responsible for completed work and committed expenses through the effective cancellation date; any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded. For a monthly advisory service, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period unless the agreement says otherwise, and partial months are not automatically prorated.
To request a cancellation or raise a billing concern, use the contact details below and identify the service and invoice. We will review the request against the accepted scope and actual work performed. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
8. Intellectual property and work product
The website's design, text, images, branding, and underlying materials belong to Bellwyn Praxis or their respective licensors and may not be copied or reused without authorization. Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables will be stated in the written engagement terms. Unless those terms provide otherwise, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, trademarks, and confidential know-how. The client warrants that it has the right to provide any content, data, and materials used in the project.
9. Confidentiality and information handling
Where project work involves nonpublic business information, the parties should address confidentiality, access, permitted uses, and any needed data processing terms in their written agreement before sensitive information is shared. A website inquiry should contain only the information needed to describe the request. Do not include account passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health records, or confidential client files in an initial inquiry.
10. Acceptable website use
You may use the website for lawful research and legitimate inquiries. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, access systems without permission, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, misrepresent your identity, infringe another party's rights, or use content for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access when needed to protect the website or other users.
11. Availability and disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning website availability, uninterrupted access, and fitness for a particular purpose. This section does not remove warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Responsibility and limitations
Each party remains responsible for its own breach of an accepted service agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Bellwyn Praxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this informational website. Any allocation or cap of liability for paid consulting services must be addressed in the written engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may revise these website Terms as the business and website develop. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes to an existing paid engagement require the process set out in its written agreement. These website Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, without disregarding mandatory rights that may apply elsewhere. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
